Terms of use

These terms cover your use of AllSocials, run by Bedroom Traders Ltd, trading as Boring Mods, company no. 14369814, registered in England & Wales, of 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU. By creating an account you agree to them.

What it does

AllSocials sends what you post to the accounts you choose: the accounts you switch on follow your main account, and routes can add more. You can use it only with accounts you own or are allowed to run. TikTok posts land in your TikTok inbox as drafts for you to finish there.

Your account

• You must be 18 or over.
• Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what's posted from your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app.

Your posts

• Your content stays yours. You give us permission only to store it and send it to the accounts you chose.
• You must have the rights to what you post, including any music. A video can be refused or muted by one app and not another.
• You must follow each app's own rules. Those rules can forbid sending the same content to many accounts, and an app can limit or ban accounts that do. That's your call and your risk. By connecting YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. You also confirm that what you send to YouTube isn't made for children.
• Nothing illegal, nothing that harasses or deceives people, and no spam.

Paying

• Until billing opens there's nothing to pay. When it does, the app shows the price before you start a plan, and Stripe takes the payment.
• A plan is charged for each connected account, each month. An account you add is charged straight away for the rest of that month. At renewal you pay for the accounts connected then.
• Removing an account before the month ends doesn't refund it, and connecting the same account again that month costs nothing more.
• You can cancel any time from You, then Manage billing. The plan stops at the end of the month you've paid for. Deleting your account ends it straight away.
• If a payment fails, posting carries on while Stripe tries the card again, but you can't add accounts until it's paid.
• If you're a consumer in the UK you can cancel within 14 days of starting a plan. Because the service starts straight away when you ask it to, we may charge for the days you used.

What we can't promise

Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok and YouTube can change or refuse things at any time. A post can be late, left out or refused, and we can't promise any app will take it. Check what matters. We never send a post twice on purpose, so if a send stops part way, Activity asks you to check that app first.

Ending things

We can suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk. We may change or stop AllSocials, and we'll give notice where we can.

Liability

We're not liable for loss of profit, business or reach, or for what another app does with your post. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your legal rights as a consumer.
